Do callers know they're talking to AI?

Yes. Clara introduces itself as an assistant answering for your business, so nobody is misled. You can hear the exact wording, and change your greeting, in the app.

Do I have to change my number?

No. You keep the number that is already on your van, your listings and your website. Clara answers the calls forwarded from it, so nothing you have printed goes out of date.

Will I lose the personal touch?

Clara uses your greeting, your questions and your prices, and hands the call to you whenever you have said it should. Regulars get greeted by name, and every call comes back to you with the details written up.

Can I still answer calls myself?

Always. Set forwarding to kick in after a few rings and you get first go at every call. Clara only picks up the ones you don't.

Can Clara answer only after hours?
