What happens if I can't pick up?

Clara carries on as if the transfer had never been offered. It takes the details, writes the call up and flags it, so an unanswered transfer costs you nothing.

Can I turn transfers off for a day?

Yes. Switch transfers off in the app and Clara takes messages instead, then switch them back on when you want the phone to ring again.

Does the caller know they're being transferred?

Clara says so before connecting, and briefly explains why. Nobody is put on hold wondering what happened.

Which number does Clara call?

Whichever numbers you add. Transfers only ever go to those, and you can point them at your phone or somewhere else entirely.
