Frequently asked questions

What if I'm already booked that day?

Clara works from the hours you set and the jobs already in your Clara schedule, so a slot that is taken never gets offered. If the day is full, Clara offers the next times that genuinely work.

Can I stop Clara scheduling certain jobs?

Yes. You tell Clara which services to take on, and anything outside that list comes back to you as a request with the caller's details already written up, instead of going straight in the calendar.

What if the caller needs to change the time?

They can call back and Clara handles the change the same way it took the booking. You can also move or cancel anything yourself in the app, and the caller gets an updated confirmation.

Which calendars does Clara work with?

Bookings land in your Clara schedule in the app, so there is nothing to connect before you start. Sync with Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar is on the way, and you can ask for early access from the Integrations page.

What happens outside working hours?

Clara still answers. It takes the job, the address and when the caller is free, then offers the first slot inside the hours you set, so nothing lands on a day you have marked closed.
